Peter Clarke

Peter Clarke was born on 18 September 1937. He was political cartoonist on Time & Tide in 1961 and 1962, and in the Daily Sketch in 1962 and 1963 - when his series "Comment by Clarke" began.

Clarke was still contributing illustrations and political cartoons to the Guardian in the 1980s and 1990s.
