Notes | Unsigned News: Kaiser Wilhelm II appeared at the Dutch frontier on the 10th November with the Kaiserin servants and possessions in 12 motor cars driven by Prussian officers. The German emperor had abdicated leaving behind him a country gripped by revolutionary fervour.
