44th Giles Annual
Introduction by Magnus Magnusson [writer & broadcaster], with photo. The cartoons reproduced do not show the dates when they first appeared but the date range is 30 July 1989 to 16 September 1990.
Also includes reproduction of a private Giles cartoon showing his dog Butch, a cat and two hedgehogs sharing a bowl of food or drink - one of the hedgehogs is saying "Two extra pints please". With reproductions of cartoons used for the Felixstowe Ferry Sailing Club and Waldringfield Sailing Club laying up supper menus and two cartoons originally drawn for the book 'The Grey Top Hat' (a history of Moss Bros) and later used in the Express.
There are also colour reproductions of Christmas cards for the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (1972-1990) and the Game Conservancy Trust (1979-1989); and two pages giving details of Giles cartoon gifts available, including table mats and a tray (the offer ended 1 July 1991).
